bigjohn1992 03-12-2008 08:26 PM

well Faerie, nothing as of now. ive just been running for 40 minutes on the treadmill i have at home, and for 20 minutes are dedicated to sit-ups and push-ups. i warm up with stretches before i do this tho. and ive really just been watching what i eat. ive been drinking more water, and less portions of what i eat,and i cut out the fast food and junk food from my eating habits. if theres any suggestions you guys have,im definately open to them :)

Sounds like you're off to a great start there, John!

It's great that you're getting in exercise. There's an Exercise (and Weight Lifting) area that you might like to check out. Replacing the poor eating habits with healthier ones (like drinking water, eating smaller portions of more nutritious food) is also great ^^ If you're interested, you may want to keep track of how many calories you're consuming. It may help you to lose faster, or later on help you to determine where to cut back or add in different things

Keep on posting & hope to see you around the boards :D
