You're in the right area!

Have you given any thought to what sort of food program you'd like to follow? You may want to check out Diet Central. There's a huge list of plans many people are using to help track their food.

How about exercise? Anything you like to do or want to try?

Let us know! We'd love to help. It's going to take some determination, but you CAN do this!

Best of success!

absolutely! I need to find a healthier way of eating. Not only for myself, but for my children.

I have always been pretty petite, until the second one was born. And I haven't lost any weight since giving birth. The weight I did lose, was the baby's weight at birth 7 lbs. 12 oz. and whatever the the placenta wieghed. Ive been stuck in this rut for nearly five months.

As a half mexican and half filipina, on a regular day, beans, rice, corn tortillas, are a stalk in this house. I cant live like this guys, the food I am eating makes me super sad. My husband, doesnt understand...he does pt every morning, sometimes twice a day. While I am at home with the kids.

Gosh, I feel like a baby , maybe Im whining. I live a good life, but I need to do this for myself. A change in food, will maybe bring out a positive change in me.

p.s.
i bought one of those exercise ball things && I joined here as the first step to doing me!

So your first step is just to eat healthier? How can you adjust the foods you're serving to be lower in calories? Beans are great...brown rice would be healthier than white...and in general, that is a LOT of carb in one meal. Could you maybe slowly transition the rest of your family to eating differently?

You may not be able to exercise an hour at a time, but you can incorporate little bits of movement...work on the exercise ball when your kids are napping, or go for walks together outside. You'll be helping to teach THEM fitness while getting your own exercise in.

Otherwise, just keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
