Hello,
My name is Sarah and I am new. I have lost 11 lbs since January. I am a yo-yoer. I have tried everything from slim fast to xenical. They usually work fast for me, then I stop using them and gain the weight all back. Now I am doing Canada Food Guide and running trying to lose just one pound a week. Reading all your posts in the forums is keeping me motivated!
