Where to start?
I've written 2 introductions and they've both been mysteriously deleted when I hit send, so I have no time to write another. This isn't the best introduction but it'll have to do.

Weight to Lose: 119 pounds.
Why: I want to look better.
I need help deciding which way to lose weight though... I'm very busy, constantly on the go, and almost no time to eat breakfast/lunch. Can anyone help me break these habits? For some of you busy bees out there, how do you handle losing weight with everything else?
