Talking Hello...I'm Crystal! I just joined MRC & 3FC today...
I'm 35, married, mom of 4.

MRC claims I will lose 52 pounds by July 4...it sounds soooo good. Is it possible?

Gawd I hope it works... I don't wanna be the "fat mom" anymore!

Hi &

It might be possible to lose 52 pounds by July 4th, but that doesn't mean it will definitely happen. Wouldn't you be happy even if you were "only" 30 lbs down by then? Even that's an impressive amount! My point being that since we're making these permanent changes, the weight WILL come off... but it may not come off at the exact rate that we'd like to see. If we stick with it, good things will happen ^^
