Default Hi everyone

I am new to this forum. I have been visiting sites that support losing weight. I need all the encouragement I can get. I saw the web address for this site on The Providia Support Community site and thought I would check it out. I am a mother of 3 boys and a grandmother of 3. I have alot of weight to loose. Have waited for to long to do something about it. I started 3 weeks ago and have lost 21 lbs. It has been easier than I thought. Hope it stays this way for awhile, I have so much to loose. Guess I will go and explore now. Thanks for having me.

Pat

Default Well Done Pat

Hi Pat

I'm new here too. Got a very long way to go and lots to lose ( about 6 stones eventually ) but I am hoping to set small goals and take the stepping stone approach.
I have tried many times to lose but they have all been short lived and after I gave up smoking in November I just got fatter and fatter !!! so I thought that if I could find some online support it might help me and I might help others.
21lbs is great in such a short time. Well done and stick at it.
