Hey welcome back!

Oooo the world would be a healthier place if everyone did 30 minutes of cardio per day!

What were you planning on eating or doing for that cardio? We'll see if we can find some threads where you'll feel right at home ... and the other posters can keep you on your toes.

HI,
My trainer told me 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week...he's secretly trying to kill though, so I wouldn't take his word for it. LOL
Actually, 30 minutes sounds good, what diet are you going to do?

Hi there & back

Like the others say: 30 minutes cardio is great!

15 pounds by April 7th hrm... that is 6 weeks. Average weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. You may lose more in the first few weeks due to water weight & whatnot. But you'd probably lose 6-12 lbs. Then again, wouldn't being healthier by shedding any amount of weight by April 7th be better than nothing?

Welcome back, and congratulations on your engagement!
30 minutes a day is just amazing. Good for you for being so dedicated!
As Faerie said, 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss.

Kari, you're too funny.
