Hey everyone -
As you can see, I actually found this forum a few months ago, but then went back into denial and didn't get serious about weight loss. I am comitted to it now and am looking forward to the day when I get to make a post in the Goal section.
I'm not really following a specific program. I'm cutting out fast food and pop completely. Everything else in moderation, but I'm focusing on natural and organic foods. I'm also making sure that I do some kind of physical actiivity every day.
I'm also going for the "exercise every day" approach, but I have to work harder because I was already walking a lot several times a week. For example my exercise for today was cleaning and vacuuming my apartment. And not with an up-right vacuum! I sweated better than in an aerobics class and at a certain point a sweat drop fell off my nose
