Thanks for all the support guys.
I'm not really following a specific program. I'm cutting out fast food and pop completely. Everything else in moderation, but I'm focusing on natural and organic foods. I'm also making sure that I do some kind of physical actiivity every day. |

I'm also going for the "exercise every day" approach, but I have to work harder because I was already walking a lot several times a week. For example my exercise for today was cleaning and vacuuming my apartment. And not with an up-right vacuum! I sweated better than in an aerobics class and at a certain point a sweat drop fell off my nose :) Keeeep going! |
