hey all! i joined abt a week ago and im hoping to really make some lifestyle changes. im 21 and ive had various eating issues over the past 9 years. a few months ago i was struggling with major binge/restrict cycles and weighed abt 101 pounds. the binging then became out of control and i shot up to 115 in just a few weeks. i know some ppl might think that i shouldnt be upset at this weight, but i think the out-of-control feeling sucks whether its at 110 or 210. for the first time i can remember i want to lose weight the healthy way and just change my lifestlye. so hopefully this site can help and i just wanted to say hey to everyone!
