Hello I'm new here. I said for 2008 I'm gonna start to work on me!! Something I've neglected for a long time. I'm also a ft student and work for the government, so I've been I thought I've been trying to keep myself productive until I realized that nothing will satisify me fully until I can challenge myself enough to get the weight off!!! Its good to go to school and to work hard to earn money, but its time for me to get motivated to do what I've been prolonging. I am here for all of you guys support and I will Definitely be the same for you. I joined a women's gym over a week ago and have been almost everyday of the week for about 1.5-2 hrs a day. I've lost 4 lbs already but I bet I've gained 2 back since I haven't been this weekend. Anyhow, I'm elated to join such an encouraging community.
