I'm 22, and just joined 3FC after seeing something about it online. I lost 40 lbs early last year, but haven't lost any since. I'm here looking for/to give support while I try and restructure my eating habits, walk more, and generally change my lifestyle back to what it was. Looking forward to making new friends! --Liza
