Hi, I'm Val!!
A couple years ago with the help of this forum and good old diet and exercise I was able to lose all the baby weight from my son 75lbs!! 260 to 184 Size 24 to size 14

. I kept the weight off until last Spring when I got pregnant with my daughter... I ate healthy my entire pregnancy and stayed active but I guess I'm just one of those people that packs on the pregnancy pounds!
Here I am 4wks postpartum and ready to dive back in again! It hurts to have to move my ticker back up again

. I know I can do it, though!!!
New starting weight is 230, at least I have less work to do than I did last time!!!
This is a great community and although I'm NOT glad to be back here and overweight... I'm glad to be back LOL
