Default **New** Ups n'downs

Hi, brand-spankin' new, here! Looks like a grand forum~~~

I'm not extremely overweight, but, unhappy with my overall diet; my weight is a constant concern~~~I can lose 20-25 lbs., then regain it within 3-6 months...

My prob. is no exercise and yo-yo eating; I relate to Whoopee G. in that I can go 2-3 days with no food (then, wonder why I have no energy-ha!). Also, I don't like to spend a lot of time preparing a meal; much prefer grabbing an apple and a quicky sandwich--usually eaten standing up.

Welp, lookin' forward to gaining some knowledge here~~~

Happy VD Day, all!!!

Hey Elj!

You might find some help over in the Featherweights area.

If you don't like constantly preparing meals, you may find it helpful to make one big pot of something & use that for several meals over the course of a few days. And definitely keep fresh fruit on hand since you've found that you like grabbing it

Please, post wherever you're comfortable.

Best of luck!

Welcome, Elj!
It sounds like you need to set up some new habits. You are not alone. Faerie's idea is good. Perhaps if you sit down and make a plan. It's good to have something concrete to look at.
