[tired of the size 20]

I'm new to the site and hopefully soon will be able to learn all about all the wonderful perks that I see the site has. I was always a little thick and about 5 years ago I had almost reached my goal weight with the help of "Phentermine." Then I got married and moved to Japan and Its been an uphill battle with my weight. I'm back up to my high weight again and Im bound determined to get back down again for good! This time I don't have the help of a "diet pill" so its all me doing all the work and Its HARD!!

Hi there and welcome!! Glad you're here. I've done the "diet pill" thing several times and lost weight, but it always come back with some extra. This time I'm doing the it the right way by using WW which encourages me to control my portions and choices. Which plan will you be following??

I love your user name. I'm much shorter than you (you're so lucky being tall!), but I can relate to the size thing. I just tried on a gorgeous, long black size 12 duster I had hanging in my closet. I used to think size 12 was big. I could barely get it over my shoulders.

This is hard work, but learning to eat well is worth the effort. For our bodies and minds.
