Do you know what sort of plan you're going to follow? We have chats for all kinds of different ways of eating, including calorie counting, whole foods, etc, so just settle in. We also have chat groups by age range (you might visit the 30-somethings forum) or by amount of weight to lose (the 100 lb club is so awesome, and a great place to post), as well as miscellaneous groups and challenges.
