What sort of plan are you following? We have threads by plan, by age group, by amount to lose...as well as some miscellaneous clubs and challenges...so there is truly a spot (or two...or ten!) for everyone.

Well to be perfectly honest I have eaten nothing but junk since my son was born. I guess i got to comfortable with the pregnancy eating and it carried over into after baby life..lol
My hubby and I are both really trying to eat better and add more fruit and veggies into meals. We also own a treadmill and an elliptical so we have no excuse not to work out daily.
I love the feel of this forum! Everyone seems really supportive and thats nice to see!!
