Hello All

I am new here and wanted to say Hello. My friends and co-workers "THE Heather" and "its my time" introduced me to this site and I love it!

I had lost 175 LBS in 2001 with Gastric Bypass and like so many others, I gained it back. I have been through alot and finally at the point in my life where I feel like I can fix this the healthy way! So far I am down almost 14 pounds!!

I hope that I will be able to keep it up. I have been doing good with my eating, and now I need to implement the exercising!
