Howdy! I am new and have never tried losing weight this way. Hopefully the support is what will help me succeed this time. I started Jan. 2 to lose 45 lbs. Have bounced around since. (meaning I have only lost 2 lbs.) My incentive is a picture I took of myself in my undies. OMG!!! I carry it with me, maybe I need to pin it on myself so I am constantly looking at it. I don't exercise and find it hard to make time. I sit at a desk most of the day so no activity there. If anyone has any ideas about a quick start to losing weight I would appreciate it. I am 48 years old and feel 70.
