New again :-)
Hello, I have been here a time or two, but never stick around with a hectic life going on. I have lost weight on my own, and even have joined a 12 week Biggest Loser challenge at work. But it's basically a weigh in every 2 weeks, with no support as we go along the journey together, which is what I need most. So I am hoping to find buddies to track progress with and encourage as we go along!
I am 41, with 7 kids and I am just making healthy changes for a PERMANENT lifestyle change. I do best with portion control and exercise, if I restrict my foods, I only want what I can't have!! LOL!!
I have lost 60 pounds since November 2006, but still have a ways to go to reach a healthy goal weight.
Anyone want to direct me to a good support group or help me start one of my own here? Let me know! I am excited to make some new friends!
