A friend suggested this forum to me today. I'm 21, and I'm at 185lbs. I have a huge problem with sugar addiction. Right before christmas I started trying to get healthy, eat better, and I was jogging every day. Of course, then I went home for the holidays, sat on my butt and devoured everything bad for me, thereby gaining 5 pounds. All that work for nothing! So now I'm trying to get back into a routine.
