Default New here...... glad I found this site!

Hey everyone! I stumbled across this site after googling a whole bunch of products and such and found that this site came up a few times. Just by looking at some of the forums, I know this will be a good place to start!

Hi Skyla welcome to the site. I am also new here (well I was around 2 years ago) I started my diet on Monday. Do you want to share some of your goals? What type of diet or eating plan are you doing? I'm basically doing my own thing that is low cal low carb.

Thanks for the welcome ladies!! I don't really have a set eating plan. I just know I don't want to get any bigger. For now though, I've been cutting out all the yummy stuff (chocolate, donuts, chips) which i usually eat alot of throughout the day and substituting them with fruits and veggies. My friend who loves tae bo suggests I go do it regularly with her, but the few times I have done it, I find it boring and not for me. She did walk me through the instructional and basic vids but I guess I find it to be too much for me. Does anyone else know of any excercise vids or something similar that I can do at home that start off real simple and fun?

A lot of people seem to like Leslie Sansones "walking off the pounds" DVD's.
