Studies have shown that having a support system can make or break your chances of succeeding. It is so wonderful that your family is doing this with you, and you will also find this site to be so invaluable to everything from questions, to venting, to cheering you on, and making friends
What plan are you doing to lose weight - do you have anything right now? We have tons of wonderful forums on 3FC that many are specific to a given plan. You might want to think about popping in the one that suits you and saying hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii there too

I know with little ones it really is hard to find some "me" time but I think I speak for all of us when I say I hope you find "me" time here so we can all get to know ya and cheer you on!

and need to lose at least 61 pounds. I have failed in the past and I am sure most can relate. Things are different this time, though, because I have an extra motivation this time-my almost two year old daughter. I don't want her to pick up my bad habits so I am trying to eat better and exercise more for both of us.........and for the hubby too. He is trying to get healthy too. I don't go online too often but when I do I will be sure to check up on here.
