I am a 26.. soon to be 27 year old. I am looking forward to the support that I see on this sight. I am really excited to get to my goal weight and have fun while doing it. I have always been heavy except for the most recent weight loss of over 60 pounds that i kept off for over a year. I moved here to california and moved in with the love of my life and food.
Crazy!! We're nearly the same weight (1 pound difference), and we both moved her to Cali to be with bf's! You're just 2-3 years older than me. I live near you, too. Redwood City is just 20 or so minutes away. Welcome!!!!
Wow. Thank you so much for the welcome and thats pretty crazy about our situations. Happiness=food. Everyone tells me that if you are happy you tend to eat and gain weight. I want to be happy and lose weight. I think we are on the fast path to getting down to our goal weight!
I'm glad you found us! Oh my goodness - congratulations on the 60 lb loss, and even MORE on keeping it off for a year! You go!
What sort of plan do you follow? Most likely we have a forum for it. You also might want to check out the "20-somethings" forum - a great group of people in your age group.
Thanks for the welcome. So I am doing WW Flex program and that is how I lost it the first time and was very successful. I look forward to getting to know everyone in this group.
