I can't believe the last time I signed in here was in June. I have been on this site so many times over the past years. I try and don't succeed. Have some success and then stop.

This time I hope I can do it. Trying to look at it from a health standpoint rather than weight lose.

Good luck! Well I'm new. I'm also trying to look at it in a healthy way not just because of all the shopping I could do, hahaha.

Cancer and diabeties runs through my family on both sides, so I really should lose the weight.
