hello everyone, I'm new here too & just wanted to say a quick hello.
I started working out 8 days ago & i love it. Ive lost 1.5 lbs already. Yes, Im sore & taking some ibuprofen, but its worth it. I decided I was gonna be smaller by 30. I turn 29 in April so I figured I'd start now. Im 6ft tall & been able to carry some extra weight but I'm tired of being sluggish with zero energy & i want to have fun!!!My job offers a discount price at a really great gym here so I swallowed my fears & did it! I go for my 1st personal training session friday. I've been sticking to the treadmill & ellptical & bikes as to not look like an idiot with the weight machines. I'm looking forward to the trainer showing me how to work them so I can add them to my workout. Looking for weight loss friends in the struggle to share support with! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!
