Hello everyone.....
Hello everyone, I'm new here and would like to introduce myself. I just joined today hoping to lose the weight I've gained in the past couple of years. My goal is to get down to 165 or maybe more if it is possible. I have 4 children which I love dearly and a wonderful husband who tries to support me in losing weight. He always tells me he loves me the way I am but truthfully I don't. I want to look good again. I'm doing it for myself. I've done it many times before and I know I can do it again. I need to get in the habit of a workout to get the weight off and keep it off. I used to look so good before and now that I'm done having children I know I can do it again and not have to worry about gaining it with pregnancies. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Gotta go and clean the kitchen, I am reorganizing. Thanks for everyones support.
