Hi! Just wanted to introduce myself a little. I am 42 years old, although I don't feel that old. I have a 21 year old son. I am married. I joined 3FC a long time ago, but just seemed to drift away from it. I had looked into other forums before coming back here and I decided this was the most supportive forum there is so here I am again. I weigh 172 pounds (I weighed myself this morning..thought it was closer to 180 so I was pleasantly surprised). I just decided I need to get this weight off , not just for looks but for my overall health. I am looking to give some support and hopefully get some in return. Hope everyone has a great week.
