Congrats on the 12 lb loss so far!
"Eat better, move more" is sort of the basis for what most of us do here, though we do have plenty of people (myself included) who keep count of -something- as well, whether it be calories, points, etc. If you are losing without tracking, though, more power to you.
Have you visited the "
Whole Foods Lifestyle" forum? It might be a good fit with your "eat better" goal, depending on what sort of foods you consider to be the ones you "know are better for you". You might also want to visit the "
Exercise" forum - we have a great accountability thread going there that might be good for you to check in on...it's wonderful for keeping yourself on track with your exercise plans.
