Hi all!
My name is Shalyn, I'm a broke, stressed out nursing student from Rhode Island!
I weigh in at 170 and am 5'4. My goal is to weigh around 145. I've already taken the first step by joining this group, seeing as though normally I would do a lot of talking rather than doing!
My downfalls: boredom eating - not eating breakfast - not exercising - loving food too much :P
My goal will hopefully be achieved by incorporating breakfast, 2 snacks, and a decent lunch and dinner. Since I recently discovered I have a wheat intolerance, my diet will be sort of low carb (brown rice and potatoes are included), with plenty of vegetables, fruit, tofu and chicken. I am also going to start a walking program.
