I found this site by accident last night while researching the Anti-Estrogenic diet. I had such a good time reading the messages that I decided this might be helpful to me as well.
A few years ago I had great success with the Body For Life system and lost 20 lbs. Kept them all off for a couple years, then went through a divorce and life on my own with kids and lost track of my own health a bit. I still work out every day and lift weights, but my focus has been weak and I'd just given up. Then I met a wonderful man and fell in love...no really...but he LOVES to eat! A very good excuse for me, to be sure.

I started this anti-estrogenic diet Monday and already have lost a little. I have decided that it is time to take back control of my health, especially as I am celebrating my 40th birthday in February.

Anyway, I'm happy to be here!
