Im new, although I have been reading the posts here for several weeks. The goal page is so inspirational . over the past 7 years I have gained 30 lbs I have struggled with my weight forever. and have been down this road to many times to count. I just started my own catering company i have been a chef for 20 years. I have lost 7 lbs over the past month using dietwatch calorie counting I could use all the support i can get

That's so exciting about your new catering company. I could see where that could make matters (weight matters) a bit more, ummm, difficult.

I'm glad you've discovered calorie counting, my chosen method as well, as it's a great way to keep portions in check. You're off to a flying start, what with the 7 lbs gone already. I wish you continued success and greatly look forward to getting to know you better - so post away.
