Here I am...Happy to be aboard! I've been posting on another site almost every day now and there seems to be no one around to talk to over there.

I see that you are all over here!..nice to meet you all!... I had (at one point) lost over 100 lbs on the South Beach Diet....I then proceeded to jump wholeheartedly from the wagon and landed myself into a big ole' gorge that bloated me right back up...crap.

Guess I forgot there was a phase 3 of the SBD huh?

Gained back about 50 lbs before I woke up from that nightmare. I re-started phase 1 of SBD again Nov. 19, 07...even managed to loose 1 lb. on Thanksgiving day! Been going strong and am down 13 lbs in 4 weeks!

Glad to be here and I will check in regularly!

Have you found the "South Beach" forum yet? Lots of folks are on SB here, so you can get tons of support, ideas, and recipes specific to your plan there.

Congrats on getting back on track and your losses so far - you know what you have to do, now get in there and do it!

Can't wait to get to know you better soon.
