I'm SO SICK of this place. Even though I absolutely love it, I hate that I need to be here off and on, again and again.
I've tried just about every diet under the sun EXCEPT the whole "eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full" Which is probably the only way that a 'diet' will work. Cuz it's unrealistic to think you can stay on a particular 'plan' for the rest of your life. Good on you who have beena ble to do it, I am CLEARLY not one of those people.
I've started to eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full awhile ago. I don't own a scale but I've gone down one pant size. My goal is to go down one more size by the end of january. I already bought the jeans and all...and I certainly don't want them collecting dust in my drawer.
I used to jump right into excersize, but I'm too out of shape to do that, so I quit relatively quickly. Does anyone else do this?
So, these days I started elipticaling (yes I made up a word
) for five mins 3 days a week. Sad, I know! I go up a bit every week. Now I am at 15 mins 4 days a week. My goal is to get to 30 mins 5 times a week. I'm only maybe 2 weeks away from that goal. It seems a lot more sensible. And THAT is the word of the rest of my life I hope, doing things sensibly. AUGH. Anyone else been here forever? Am so sick of the yo yo. Just looking to vent and maybe for some support. Hope everyone is doing well!
