Hi folks, I started ths SBD in Aug of this year and in three weeks lost 10 pounds........then I got all stressed out and went off of the diet......what a big mistake!! I was doing so well and then fell flat on my face. Well, I'm back now even though this is my first post to this forum. I am ready to get back on track with SBD........not looking forward to the 1st week of withdrawl but I know it's worth it........I've got a long way to go but will work it one step at a time..........looking forward to getting to know some of you folks in here.....

Glad your back Christine. I can feel your pain as I had lost 21lbs as of september and then I had back to back deaths in my family and I gained 8lbs so I am back to 21lbs lost and working toward my goal. Be sure to check in over in the south beach section I know the girls have alot of advice and encouragement. Good luck and I'll see ya around.

Hello! Welcome! I agree with you. One step at a time.
You can do it!!!! Remember, the withdrawls will not last a long time, and think how good you will feel afterwards.
