Thank you everyone for posting!
It really is easier with people who understand and support you! I didn't actually gain that much when pregnant - only about 20lbs. BUT, I gained LOTS of weight while breast feeding. And never lost it between the pregnancies.
My plans to lose weight:
I have started addressing what I eat - I have found out it really isn't 'what' I eat (I eat extremely healthy) it is 'how much' I eat. I am eating 3-4 portions instead of 1.
I have started running again. I used to be an avid runner. (OMG I am out of shape!!)
I will start swimming in the new year.
As soon as the snow is gone I will hope to be biking also.
