hello ladies....wanted 2 introduce myself!!

31 years old...single mom of 2..
i just happened 2 come across this site and thought it was an awesome incentive to accompany me on my journey of losing weight.
i was originally at 328lbs.. i got down to 165lbs.. and stayed at that weight until january of this year, when i was in a horrible car accident. i had spinal cord surgery, lost my job, house and everything else that was important 2 me, including my sanity almost...
from the accident until about 2 weeks ago i have been on heavy steroids which made me gain alot of weight back.. while i am not allowed to exercise yet or be at the gym like i used 2 b everyday, i am ready to start dieting again, since the steroids are outta here...lol
i am currently at 224 lbs and i'd like to just get back to my weight of 165lbs..
i am starting the 5 factor diet, which was wut i used the last time, and i had extreme success...
but this time, its good to know, i have a group of supporting ladies who are here, should i have questions or need to vent.. instead of doing it alone!!!
