Hi - Back and looking for support

I was on this website a number of years ago, but life got busy and other things took up my time.. I am ready to come back, make some new cyber friends and help others to succeed in their weight loss journey.
A short piece about myself. Last year ( almost a year ago today) I joined my local TOPS chapter - I needed motivation to lose weight and I wanted to meet people in my new town I had moved to.
Since then I have lost 40 pounds, feel alot better and have a closet full of cloths that do not fit me.. ( They are on their way to the thrift shop - as soon as I have time to deal with them)
I still want to drop another 20 to 30 pounds so am glad that I have the TOPS group but also want to explore other support mechanisms.... so here I am..
