SO TO START OFF I AM 5'5" 210LBS CURRENTLY MY WEIGHT HAS YO-YO'D SINCE 2002(WHEN I GRADUATED)....IN HIGH SCHOOL WHEN I WAS AT MY BEST I WEIGHED 140LBS..
I HAD SOME FAMILY PROBLEMS MY SENIOR YEAR WHICH LED TO ME MOVING OUT AND IN WITH A FRIENDS FAMILY WELL MY WEIGHT QUICKLY WENT BACK UP TO THE 160-165 RANGE...I WAS PROBABLY ABOUT 170 WHEN I GRADUATED... THEN I MOVED IN WITH MY HUSBAND WITHIN THAT NEXT YEAR AND MY WEIGHT SHOT UP TO 191LBS!!!!....
IT WAS AT THAT WEIGHT THAT I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT WITH DS#1...BY MONTH 9 I WEIGHED IN AT A WHOPPING 262LBS...BY THE TIME MY DS#1 TURNED 1 I WAS BACK DOWN T0 171LBS...WHEN DS#1 WAS 15MO. OLD WE WENT ON A CRUISE AND DURING THAT WEEK ALONE I PUT ON 10LBS SO I WAS BACK UP TO 181LBS...(UGGHHH)....
THE NEXT MONTH I GOT PREGGO WITH DS#2...MY STARTING WEIGHT IN CASE YOU WEREN'T KEEPIN' TRACK 181LBS...AT MONTH 9 I WAS 252LBS...AND DS#2 JUST TURNED 10MO AND I AM CURRENTLY AT 210LBS...
I TRY TO GET OUT AND WALK WHENEVER I CAN AND WATCH WHAT I EAT FOR THE MOST PART SOMETIMES THOUGH I JUST CAN'T CONTROL THE CRAVINGS!!!!...LOL...BUT I AM MOST DEFINITELY READY TO KICK IT UP A NOTCH....MY PLANS IS:
1. TO BE MORE STRICT WITH PORTION CONTROL...
2. DRINK MORE WATER
3. WALK AND OR RUN WHEN DH ISN'T WORKING HIS SECOND JOB
