Thanks girls for welcoming me so well! I don't have a definate plan in mind yet. I know am going to eat smaller portions, and cut WAY down on my sweets. I'm a sugar addict. I don't excersize outside of working 40 hours a week. I'm on my feet there almost the whole time. I'm also addicted to Mountain Dew. I know, bad girl. I know the withdrawal from that is a killer. I've stopped drinking it before, and gotten bad migraines. But its worth it, if I get healthier!
