I don't know how many of you remember me, so I am just going to reintroduce myself! I'm Kayla, 20 from OH. I joined back in July, and have since fallen off the site for awhile. I joined at 214 lbs, and currently weigh 192! I continue to go down, but very slowly because I don't seem to have the time to go to the gym. I know, I know. But I AM on my feet all day at work and trek around campus 3 times a week, so that has definitely helped! I was counting calories, but stopped that in August. Now I am just very aware of what I eat, and have been making healthier choices. Since I stopped counting, I have lost only 5 pounds, but it's better than gaining! I want to try and really get back on track, and I know this is the place to be!
