Weight has been a lifelong struggle for me. My highest weight was 220lbs. I lost 60 lbs on Atkins in 1998. I then got to 137 doing the Body for Life.
I had a cardiovascular problem and my own lack of control which caused me to put on weight over the past 5 years. Now my weight is 181 lbs and I'm tired of not being able to wear my clothes I bought when I was 137! I think a lot of my current health problems are diet related. I've decided to go on the South Beach diet combined with a fitness program.

Welcome and best wishes to you . I loved doing South Beach and I really think the basic principles there are a great way to eat forever. The Beach ladies here are awesome (well, actually..... everyone is pretty awesome and that's why I am back after a long stray) and the recipes they have collected are lifesavers.
