Hi - I'm new here and love what I see. I have been able to spend a little time gaining motivation by reading a few posts. What a great tool. I have been overweight my entire life, playing the yo-yo game - but mostly always at the up point. I will be 50 in December and have always been very healthy. My body is starting to say NO - farely loudly - to carrying around all this excess weight. I have the most supportive husband in the world. So what's the problem getting it done????? I started on September 4 my new resolve to get healthier. I feel so much better already with just 11 lbs lost. I weigh myself every day, if I don't I give myself too much license. I'd like to start exercising - I am pretty sedentary - I'd like some suggestions of DVDs - has anyone used the PUSH subscription service?

I've used PUSH and enjoyed it! We have a pretty enthusiastic exercise forum that might be of help. A lot of our maintainers are around your age and exercise regularly, so apparently it works
