Seriously going to try and loose this weight this time. It's been on me for over five years and I cannot take it anymore. Each year the scale goes up just a little more till I can't take it! Joined MRC and would like some advice on which supplements to take.

I'm in Merritt Island, on the East Coast (Space Coast) where they launch the Shuttles!
But, I used to live in Crystal River, just up the road from you. My twin sister still lives there. I lived there for a long, long time, and graduated from C.R. High School, in 1983. I moved to the East Coast a year later.
