What happens if you eat what ever the **** ya want and don't exercise regularly? 25 lbs, that's what. I have tried kicking my butt back in action a couple times but never lasted very long. It's time to try for real now before 25 turns to 50 and I am at the 200lb mark again. Feeling a bit jaded, but the other posts are encouraging. So here I am.

Welcome back. If I have learned one thing from this site is it, yesterday is yesterday. We can't do a darn thing about it but learn from it. Today is a new day tomorrow is what we are shooting for.
