Default Newbie Here...
Hi! My name is Heather and found out about this site from someone at another site. I was 175 pounds and now I am 165 pounds and looking to go down to 120 pounds.. I need a lot of support.. I was doing good.. I had gone from 175 to 160 and now gained 5 pounds.

Also, I have seen a 3chicks ticker and wanted to know where I can find it on this site..
