Can I join? (flashback from grade school!)
I just joined today.. need some buddies that are doing the same as me.
Hubby and kids got me a memebership at the gym around the corner. I thought this was the answer! Nope.. they won't give you any advice unless you pay for a trainer. No real words of encouragement either!
Encourage me? Please?

Need to lose about 20lbs... but you would know that if I could get the stupid tracker to work!!!

I would love to join as well! I started 3FC just over a week ago! I see a lot of us have pretty close to the same goal weight! I started my journey a week ago and lost 10 pounds within the first week. Had a bad day yesterday and put almost half of that back on. I know weight can fluctuate greatly within a week so I'm not too stressed about it right now, but am bumping up the workouts.

We can start a thread in another section to keep this going...I can look into that right now and will post a link back here...

aburkey, you will want to click on the purple bar where is says "USER CP" the instructions are in there on how to add your ticker. It will walk you through creating one and there will be a link at the end that you copy and paste into your signature.
