Red face New to the forums, sadly not to starting over. . .

This is my umpteenth Do Over on my efforts to make healthy living part of my daily life.

I moved to the DC Area on January 1st to start the newest chapter of my life with a wonderful man. Eating healthy and regular exercise was a mutual goal, so you'd think that would have made us both 'stick with it' a little better. Ummm. . . Not so much.

So here I am again running to catch up with and get back on The Weight Loss Wagon.

We had a lot of success following the Dr. Oz. You On A Diet plan - when we stuck with it.
We had a lot of success with regular (3x per week) exercise - when we stuck with it.
"when we stuck with it" being the operative.

I'm looking forward to perusing the forums and making some new friends with similar goals.

Like the old adage says:
When you continue to do the things you've done you will continue to get the results you've been getting.
Here's to new results!

Yay to new results!

Sometimes settling into life with a new romantic partner can be murder on the waistline....the good thing is, you are both in this together! Now, that can be a downer if, say, one is you is talking the other one out of going to the gym. But it can go the other way too...say, if one of you is talking the other one INTO going to the gym!

We have lots of Oz followers here! Look around, keep posting, and I can't wait to get to know you better.

Good luck! I'm also starting over - I lose 30 then gain it back over a year. I like Atkins since I seem to have the most success with it. Just need to master the lifelong maintenance phase.
