Hi all, my name is Denise, I used to be on this site way back when trying to lose those pesky 10 pounds.
Well, a couple years and one sweet baby girl later, I have 30 pounds to lose!!! My baby is 8 months now.... I am at 155 and my goal weight is 125. I started the pregnancy at 145 so I have lost most of the pregnancy weight (gained 55 lb.!) but I really want to get into my ideal shape, before dh and I think about having another baby.
I just joined a great gym and I like to exercise. They have great childcare so I have no excuse for not going a lot! My problem lies with diet however. I just seem to have no willpower, and it's really frustrating me. I have a problem eating healthy foods in moderation. Sometimes it seems easier not to eat all day. Buuuut, I must eat healthy since I am still breastfeeding. So I would really like to try and work out a plan where I can lose the flab while still nursing!
