Smile Hello from Texas!
I'm new here, not to losing weight. I've been reading, looking the site over. I'm 41, married, two daughters, and one dog. I'm not that fond of exercise and I love to eat.

I've been overweight most of my life. I'm an emotional eater. The last time we were "watching our eating" we did South Beach. We did really good, lost some weight, felt alot better, and ate pretty good. Then.... who knows.. I start eating my old way again.

I'll probably post in the 100+ thread, maybe in the 40 somethings.

Good to meet everyone.
